Returns, Refunds & Warranty – Core Armour

At Core Armour, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Your return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The product must be returned in accordance with our return instructions.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@core-armour.com and include your order number.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refused Parcels

If a parcel is refused upon delivery (except where the product is defective or an error was made on our part):

  • Outbound and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

  • Only the purchase price of the product will be refunded.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Warranty

All Core Armour products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

If your product is found to be defective, please contact us at contact@core-armour.com. Depending on the nature of the issue, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund.
